Unfortunately, the new ownership is unable to save this club from the destruction the previous owner did to the reputation. Members are not a priority, service is minimal and disappointing at best and employees are clearly very unhappy. Members should be made aware that employees are not paid the tips that members generously give, nor are they paid their fair wage. There are other courses in the surrounding Milwaukee area that would provide an idyllic golf experience from start to finish, River Club of Mequon is not one of them.
