Very poor condition. Cart path-only from January until until the Byron, which is in late May, and the cart paths are not close (I guess we should have walked). Fairways are not over-seeded in the winter, so when we played there in March, they looked pretty rough. Greens were very hard and surprisingly slow, and at least one was patched around the edges. Course was poorly marked, so finding some of the holes was difficult if you haven't played there before. No GPS. The service was pretty good and there are lots of pretty houses to look at, but otherwise this is essentially a very expensive, cart path-only, no-GPS version of Lake Park. Almost all the local courses (Muni or otherwise) are nicer. I will not play there again.
