Played this course for the first time yesterday, and WOW!First of all, if I could give six stars for maintenance on this course, I would. It was well over 100 degrees, and has been for the majority of the summer. Every green and fairway was in great shape, and the majority of the rough was well-kept also. Four different tee selections to cater to a wide range of golfers, very unique holes, and decent scenery throughout. This course is definitely a bargain if you take advantage of the online specials (we got on for $30 per person), and isn't too bad at regular rates.Would definitely recommend for a great round of golf. I will be back.
I love this course! By far one of my favorites in the area. I first played this course in 2007 and loved it from the start. Very well designed and usually in great shape. I do agree with some previous reviews that some of the cart paths and tee boxes can be confusing near the club house, but overall this is a great piece of property. Some of the holes require a precise tee shot with an iron or a hybrid. Gotta love a course where hole #1 lets you think you're awesome, and #2 slaps you across the face! Some of the holes and the back 9 can be demanding, but #18 is a par 5 that can give you one back and let you leave in a good mood. Do not believe anyone who says this is not a great course! I usually find a good deal on line, and prefer this course to Fossil Creek and Tour 18. Very nice Pro Shop and Bar area, and the Hotel on the property certainly makes you feel like your at TPC Las Colinas. Driving range is a bit bland, but balls are free with your round so I'm not complaining.
very nice course would love to play there more often
A terrible layout. Extremely slow play and bunkers that should be plowed under. Too many good courses in the area to waste your time here.
