Seeing all these bad reviews comes as a surpise to me. Yes rangers will be on the course especially on #5 long par 5 where they signal for the all clear and help locate stray shots. Never had an issue with the rangers. One time they asked use to let a two-some play through. I told him no way as they have hit into us twice already without apologizing. He agreed.The course did need water so I hope the review prior is accurate and the rain has helped things. The fairways were rock hard. This summer is all about access to water and is really beyond their control. The pnd on #3 was gone when we played in July.As for the $4 hot dogs... those are Pearl Dogs and although spicey are great.I am not a regular at Shaker but I have played there a lot and I can honestly say that no one has ever been rude to us.
