Went to this course on Labor Day weekend. Not crowded, and no wait to get on the course. It is a first come first serve course. The Tee Boxes were not maintained very well. I like to hit off the tee with a 1 Iron, or 2 Iron, but the grass was taller than my tee. This was common on most of the tee boxes. The Fairways were like playing from the rough. Not only was the fairway covered with tall grass, but it was uneven. I found my ball in spots a couple inches lower than the surrounding land. Spent quite a bit of time trying to locate my ball on the fairway, rather than playing. There was no rough to speak of outside of what was around the greens. Most greens did not have a fringe, just a hard line where the rough stops and the green starts.
Be prepared to try to figure out which hole is which in some areas. It takes a bit of problem solving to figure out the layout. Came across quite a few gopher holes on the back 9. For the price I would have expected a better maintained course. This place has potential, but poor maintenance, and unclear course layout.

By far...THE WORST COURSE I'VE EVER PLAYED! The tee boxes should have been equipped with hammers to drive your tee into the ground. The 12th hole is probably the worst designed hole I've ever seen. The front 9 is not that bad as far as lay out. But the back 9 looks like someone put together a quick fix to compete with 18 hole courses. The lack of maintenance and upkeep really makes this a place I would only return to if I had no place else to play and was already drunk. I would rather practice chipping in my back yard than to play this cow pasture.

I read the reviews but went here anyway. I was preasently suprised. Good value and the course was in as good of shape as any of the muni courses in the city.

First off, what kind of golf course doesn't take credit/debit cards?! And if you have 2 consecutive couples walking, doesn't it make sense to pair them up?! The front 9 wasn't terrible, a little flat, but enjoyable. The back 9 was possibly the worst planned course I've played. Hole 12 makes NO sense! It's impossible to hit a good tee shot. The course plays ridiculously long (I guess to make you feel like you're getting your money's worth while playing this awfully planned course). The greens are bumpier than a gravel road. If you get frustrated easy (like myself) than do yourself a favor and book a tee time elsewhere.
