If you are considering playing this golf course and expect something nice, here is what you should do. Take $30 and flush it down the toilet then punch yourself in the balls. Doing either will give you the same experience. However, if you have an affinity for playing bad golf on a poop tour quality track, this is definitely the place for you. It has a wide array of amenities ranging from the partial cart paths, freshly dipped pond water to drink, a bar area that smells like a mixture of cigarette smoke, wet feet, & dog breath, and a fresh new website. They have recently changed the name of the course from Bob-O-Link to Wild Turkey Trace. I guess the owners don't realize that you can try to polish a turd and name it something else. But, in the end, it is still a turd. If you decide to go, don't take the course too serious, try to have a good time, and remember to hit your puts at the hole and hard.
Fairly short course. Bermuda grass fairways are generous. Played from Blues course is challenging enough to have a good round. Rough can get hard and sparse if weather is dry. Greens are small and "domed" so shots must be well placed to hold but, are well maintained. Small domed greens balance the short distances on some holes. Not much bunker action, water hazards in play on several holes. Overall a great value if you just want to play a round on a decent course. $20 with cart on weekdays.
