Pro shop Staff was friendly. He had only been working there 3 days but was still helpfull. Didn't see anybody else that worked there other than grounds crew, (that were mowing everywhere). One even helped me find my ball before he mowed over it. I know the winds blow in Tracy most of the time. Today wasn't any different. This course would be less challenging and more enjoyable if the winds didn't move the ball around so much. Hard to keep the ball in the fairway. Even blows the ball around on the green. Fairways are hard and fast. If you can find the fairway and keep it there it will run for days. But any side spin on the ball, and your toast. Greens are even faster (like putting on glass). Be very carefull reading the greens. Had the course pretty much to myself. Only ran into one other golfer ahead of me around hole 10. Didn't see him the rest of the day. I guess if you want to practice for pebble beach conditions this is the place. Again the wind is unrelenting and unforgiving. Bring extra balls.

Nice course but I'm sure it is hard to maintain due to the winds that constantly batter it. We especially enjoyed the back nine. Good distance but flat as a pancake and greens in good shape. 17 and 18 are great finishing holes and also great for someone who has a slice like I do!
