The City is trying to run this course out of buisness. It is a very nice lay out but the city will not allow the mutts who run it to cut the rough. Running off the good customers. I usually play here 25 times a summer. I played twice this year. So they lost at least $2000 on our foursome alone. Save a little water and go down the chute. City is trying to close the course. Too bad.

Course could use some work. Greens need some work. Janet in the bar with her award winning smile and personality is worth coming in for, works like a little bee and always smiling. Lunch is good and at a great deal.

I am new to Hesperia and have only played this course twice. The first time, the rough was very long and it needed an even trimming. It was a little annoying knowing exactly where my ball was and not being able to find it on the side of the fairway (in the rough). The second time I played it, it was in great shape and the fairways were very nice. It looks as though they watered it and got it in good shape really fast. It is not perfect but definitely the best value around. It is not as picturesque as Apple Valley's Ashwood Golf Course but the layout is fantastic and the challenge is what I like about the course. Not to mention that it is a regular Par of 72 course. I have played Awesome courses such as Mesquite's Wolf Creek, Temecula's Journey, and a few others and I don't know how picky everyone is but it really isn't in that bad of shape. They must have really done some heavy duty work since then. I highly recommend it. I look forward to playing the 3rd course in the area in Victorville next...

The course was just in bad shape. Fairways were way too long, greens were just terrible (lots of dirt and sand spots) and the course was just in really poor shape overall. I played with my fiancee and the womens tee boxes were really bad -- grass was overgrown and had holes from where squirrels burrowed in it. The course would have a lot of potential with some proper maintenance. Squirrels just run rampant on this course. I've never seen them run in herds... kind of cool.
